Vanessa has proudly served as the practice manager at Tri-State Animal ER since 2002, bringing her more than two decades of dedication, leadership, and hands-on veterinary experience to the clinic. Her passion for animal care extends beyond management responsibilities, as she works directly with patients and clients as a veterinary assistant, allowing her to remain closely connected to both the medical and compassionate sides of veterinary medicine.
As practice manager, Vanessa oversees the daily operations of the clinic, helping ensure that patients receive exceptional care while supporting the veterinary team and creating a positive experience for pet owners. Her ability balance operational leadership with direct patient care reflects her commitment to the mission of TSAER.
Outside the clinic, Vanessa shares her life with pets of her own, giving her a personal understanding of the bond between pets and their families. Her lifelong love of animals, combined with years of experience and dedication to veterinary medicine, continues to make her an important part of the Tri-State Animal ER family.
